Roasted Root Vegetables
Herb Garden Garlic Dip Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potato
- 1 large potato
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Tastebuds Herb Garden Garlic Dip Mix
- A sprinkle of Tastebuds Tropical Smoked Salt or Mediterranean Salt
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 180°c.
- Place baking tray with a drizzle of oil into the oven to heat.
- Peel and cut veggies into large thick cut chips, place in a bowl and pour over oil, spice mix and salt. Toss in the bowl until all veggies are coated in oil and spice mix.
- Tip veggies onto a hot baking tray and roast for approx 90 minutes, depending on how thick you cut the veggies.
- Remove from the oven when golden brown.
